Hotel Policies
Guarantee Policy
To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit or debit card is required.
A hold equivalent to the first night will be processed 72 hours prior to arrival.
For one-night reservations, the full amount will be held.

• A payment equivalent to one night is required as a guarantee
• The deposit must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival
• Proof of payment must be sent to the hotel to confirm the reservation
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations without penalty must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
No-Show Policy
In case of no-show, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
Extra Person Policy
An additional charge applies starting from the third guest
Cost per extra person: $400 MXN per night
Children Policy
Children up to 11 years old are considered minors
Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults
A maximum of 2 children under 12 may share a room with 2 adults
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Overbooking Policy
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.
The hotel will pay one night, including taxes, at a similar hotel.
The guest will be offered complimentary transportation to the new hotel.
The guest will be granted at least one phone call to their home or office.
