Located within Hotel Casa Francisco, Primavera Restaurant is a space designed to enjoy a complete dining experience without leaving the hotel. Its inviting atmosphere, next to the reception area, makes it the perfect place to start your day, take a break in the afternoon, or unwind with a relaxed dinner.
Among its specialties are traditional cecina from Yecapixtla, Veracruz-style enchiladas, and a poblano omelet for breakfast, as well as fresher and more complete options such as Yucatecan ceviche, shrimp carbonara pasta, and our signature dish: shrimp aguachile.
In addition, the restaurant offers special dining experiences on weekends. On Saturdays, you can enjoy grill specials in a relaxed setting from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, while on Sundays, brunch is served from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, featuring a varied selection of dishes ideal for sharing.
